What is Meditation?


To understand the true meaning of this vast knowledge one must be willing to become a student. Become humble and be willing to go step by step into the depth of your being. We have a fabulous neurological system with a perfect in-built program that we are born with and over the years we confuse the connections with data that our system wants to discard.


Unfortunately, we get attached to the new information whether it be happy, sad, stressful or just passing thoughts. Over the years of our lives there is an overload of information and overwhelm of emotions and or reactions that we don’t understand. This is where Meditation can give you a chance to release these unnecessary emotions and become clear with what is important and emotions that need to be shed as it has no value to your present life. We as humans have the capacity to be eternally at peace and we should strive to allow the past as an experience and the future to be intriguing, which leaves only the present to be enjoyed. Make the best of this moment as we have the capacity to understand this great joy.


Over centuries the great teachers have been trying to teach this simple technique. Many who make this part of their daily lives find a happy balance. We bring our contracts from our past so we may have certain experiences. When we come across those experiences, we react with various emotions some understanding and some with anger or sorrow. I am offering you a simple yet effective daily practice of meditation that will bring about a sense of well being and purpose in your life. Daily breathing techniques and simple non-attachment to emotions that don’t serve you anymore.


Meditate with me and understand the deeper meaning of the joys of life and live your life to the fullest. Be patient and be willing to be directed to finding your life’s purpose. Become clear in your mind and with meditation clear the pathways to good health and a great mental state. Bring back your power from within.


We will go through basic techniques to a powerful self dive. Take your time and don’t judge yourself. Everyone has a different timeline so again be patient and go through each technique many times before it becomes part of your daily routine before you jump into the next step. This program will always be available to you once you become a member.
